Crumb Coat Closing Reception
Paintings by Luke Boyd
Friday, January 25, 7-9pm

Crumb Coat: The thin layer of frosting that traps stray cake crumbs
and prevents them from popping up in your finished cake.

Luke is so excited to have his paintings on display at Arts West.

Artist's Statement: These paintings are recalling, preserving and embellishing sweet memories. These desserts are representative of the events, people, and time for which they were created. They are nostalgic. I am remembering the recipes, processes, and people who I associate with each confection as I paint them from memory.

Please join us
