Special Front and Center for March

The March 'Front and Center' on Sat. March 10 from Noon until 1 PM will host a unique performance by Dan Dennis.

Dan Dennis has spent the better part of two decades making theater with music and sound. For Front and Center, he will present excerpts from his improvised musical astronomy extravaganza, STARBALL. A unique participatory theater event usually performed under the controllable night sky of a planetarium, STARBALL has played for ten years around the country and in Spain and will return to Chicago's Adler Planetarium this April and the Hayden Planetarium at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City this June. Dan is currently a fourth year doctoral candidate in the School of Interdisciplinary Arts at Ohio University.

‘FRONT & CENTER’ a free music event for school age kids at ARTS/West, 132 W. State St. Athens every second Saturday of each month (Sept.-May) at noon –1 pm
