Gearing Up

Hey sports fans- finally we are getting our spring busy on again. I hope to see you and survive.

This Thursday, April 23 at 8:00 we have our monthly Aquabear live at ARTS/West with an evening of Noise Music. Not to be missed!

Sunday, April 26: 7:00 PM! we welcome back the Bread and Puppet’s Lubberland National Dance Company for 27 Dirt Cheap Money Dances. If you would like to join the Lubberland National Dance Company please arrive at 2:00 PM. We are seeking local dancers, actors and musicians. Wear black.

Saturday, May 2, at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, May 3, at 4 p.m. Calliope Feminist Choir announces its 6th spring concert Tickets (sliding scale: $10-40; $2-10, limited income) available at Hyacinth Bean, Athens Book Center, and Blue Eagle Music as well as from Calliope members or by calling 593-6934.

May 10, 2009. Trisha Lockman presents Portals and Passageways

May 14 Motown tribute band Soul'd Out, will perform two shows Thursday, May 14 at 7 and 9 pm. Tickets are $10 in advance, $12 the day of the show and may be purchased at ARTS/West, from 11-4 pm, Monday - Friday or from The Friends of Snowflake at (740) 589-6123 during evenings and weekends. The event is sponsored by The Friends of Snowflake.
