Aquabears and Artists- a collective weekend

Aquabear continues our monthly concert series at ARTS/West with an amazing evening of music.

The Black Swans (Columbus) for some of you Athens old timers- welcome back Keith Hanlon and Chris Forbes of Norton's Orchestraville fame!

This is going to be a good one.


We start out with the monthly Front and Center at noon:
Front and Center: a free music event for school age kids at ARTS/West, 132 W. State St. Athens
third Saturday of each month (Sept.-May)at noon –1 pm. February 21st special guest: Jane Palmer with African Drumming (bring a rhythm instrument if you have one). Second half of event is always an open stage for any kids, solo or group, to share instrumental or vocal music--if you choose. Or just listen and enjoy!

Artist Collective Benefit Gala:
The Artist Collective is a venue to bridge the gap between each school of art and promote artist collaboration.

February 21, 2009 from 6:00-9:00 PM One night only!
